At Griffith, we're looking for a skilled Administrative Support Officer to join our team. This is a continuing full-time opportunity based at the Gold Coast.
">The successful candidate will provide general administrative support to the day-to-day operations and work as an effective team member of Corporate Services and Campus Life Facilities Management.
- ">
- Manage generic email accounts and diary management, arranging and scheduling meetings, accurate data entry into corporate systems and local databases">
- Assist in financial operations including credit card reconciliation and invoice requests and payments">
- Maintain administrative systems, including spreadsheets, information systems, registers, online booking systems, procedures; record management/filing; preparing routine correspondence">
- Provide client support for the Campus Life Facilities Help Desk function, creating Service Requests and scheduling in Computerised Maintenance Management System">
- Maintain meeting rooms, prepare AV systems, manage Physical Key system requirements">
- Coordinate office equipment, stationery and supplies
To be successful in this role, you'll hold an associate diploma level qualification with relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of skills, knowledge and experience. You must have full unrestricted Australian work rights and may be subject to a National criminal history check.
