Job Title

We are seeking an experienced facilities management professional to join our team in a leadership role. The successful candidate will have a strong background in people management, project coordination, and facilities administration.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility management function.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior staff members.
  • Collaborate with clients, peers, and vendors to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Client Focus & Relationship Management: Proactive in delivering excellent service, engaging clients effectively, and managing relationships at all levels.
  • Project Management & Organizational Skills: Strong in planning, organizing, and prioritising tasks to meet deadlines, with the ability to manage multiple complex operational issues simultaneously.

Work Environment:

The successful candidate will be based in our office location and will be required to work regularly on-site.
