We are seeking an experienced Facilities Operations Manager to join our organization.

About the Role

This senior position will be responsible for managing the corporate accommodation portfolio, construction programs, office design, and facilities maintenance.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong background in facilities or property management with proven leadership abilities.
  • Experience in strategic estate management, program and project management, trades, finance, leasing, procurement, planning, strategy, contracts, or project management.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver essential services that support our mission.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Manage a team of facilities-related technical experts and specialists, operating under tight timeframes, within budget, and competing priorities.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize facility operations, minimize risk, and enhance employee experience.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, prioritize projects, and allocate resources effectively.
  4. Ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements, as well as our security practices.
