We are seeking a dedicated Casual Facilities Team Leader to ensure the efficient management of our operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities include:
- Financial Management:
• Work in line with business needs and objectives
• Assist in monthly inspections and audits
• Implement cost-saving measures and optimize resources - Team Collaboration:
• Assist chefs with food preparation and kitchen duties
• Help with the receiving and storage of goods and supplies
• Demonstrate the proper use of chemicals and assist other departments - Customer Service:
• Ensure that all crockery and cutlery are maintained and cleaned in accordance with HACCP guidelines
• Provide assistance to customers when necessary and resolve any issues promptly - Safety and Wellbeing:
• Cooperate and partner with management in implementing workplace health, safety, and wellbeing-related initiatives
• Participate in investigations of injuries and illnesses arising from workplace activities and recommend corrective actions
• Report workplace hazards and near-miss incidents - Skills and Qualifications:
• Experience in a similar role is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of HACCP guidelines and safety procedures
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
