Job Title: Facilities Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the day-to-day management of our large facility. This key role involves planning and managing building operations, ensuring smooth operations of multiple work groups.

  • Security and Emergency Management: Develop and implement security protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Building Budget and Concierge Service Delivery: Manage the facility budget and oversee concierge services to provide excellent customer experience.
  • Work Health and Safety (WHS) and Environmental Trends: Conduct regular WHS audits and monitor environmental trends to maintain a healthy and sustainable facility.

This is a temporary position available immediately for 12 months with the possibility of permanency. We require applicants to have experience in facility and/or building management, demonstrating strong professional skills and knowledge.
