We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator and Personal Assistant to join our team at SMAART Recruitment. Our client is a rapidly growing company in the Caravan industry, and we are looking for someone to provide administrative support and office management to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the CEO, including calendar and inbox management, meeting minutes, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist with industry events in regional Victoria, including travel and accommodation arrangements.
  • Answer incoming queries via email and phone, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Help implement team building initiatives, such as team dinners and events.
  • Provide ad hoc support to payroll and other teams.

Requirements:

  • Excellent administration and office management experience.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Positive and hardworking attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite and Xero is highly desirable.
