About the Role

The Executive Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the CEO's office, enabling them to make high-quality decisions. This involves organizing various aspects of the CEO's working life, balancing competing priorities, and adapting to changing situations. The ideal candidate will be agile, able to quickly understand the company's operations, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the CEO, ensuring their office runs efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage competing priorities, adapting to changing situations and deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders, including clients, media, and Roy Morgan staff.
  • Ensure the CEO is adequately briefed and prepared for meetings and events.
  • Act as the first point of contact for the CEO, representing the office and establishing priorities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business administration or as an Executive Assistant in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in business or administration, with a strong understanding of market research and the sector.
  • Proven track record of success working with CEOs and in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a high-profile, results-driven environment.
