About the RoleThis Senior Safety Advisor position involves working closely with teams to ensure a safe and injury-free workplace. Responsibilities include designing, maintaining and implementing safety systems and programs.
The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Health, Safety and Environment or a related field. They should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, experience in mining or manufacturing, and the ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
Main Responsibilities- Support the development and implementation of HSE systems.
- Lead key influencers to foster an organisational culture that prioritises HSE.
- Communicate with decision makers to mitigate risk and optimise HSE performance.
