Job Opportunity: Lead Health, Safety, and Environment Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive health, safety, and environmental excellence across our business. As a leader in the oilfield services industry, we offer opportunities for qualified individuals who want to grow in a high-performance organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing new and existing health, safety, and environmental procedures to ensure a safe and secure work environment. This includes coaching and mentoring supervisors and managers on building a strong health, safety, and environmental culture, as well as working closely with local and regional teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing new and existing health, safety, and environmental procedures.
  • Coaching and mentoring supervisors and managers on building a strong health, safety, and environmental culture.
  • Providing support to emergency response arrangements, including procedure development and training.
  • Developing and delivering health, safety, and environmental awareness programs as required.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of working experience related to health, safety, and environmental background.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently.
