Job Description
  • Surface preparation using water blasting, sandblasting, and mechanical tools
  • Applying coatings via spray, brush, and roller
  • Working across marine and defence environments
  • Meeting project specs and quality standards
  • Complying with strict safety and site protocols
  • Collaborating in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in defence or marine painting & blasting
  • Strong skills in surface preparation and coating techniques
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow technical specs
  • Reliable, physically fit, and a strong team player
