A leading global Superyacht Insurance Company is looking for a former Superyacht / Marine professional to go shore based as their Insurance Claims Specialist

This role focuses exclusively on boat and watercraft claims—ideal for

someone who lives and breathes the marine world.

You'll manage claims from start to finish, working closely with clients,

assessors, repairers, and marine stakeholders to ensure accurate, efficient

handling with real industry insight.

Key Responsibilities:

– Assess marine claims (damage, theft, weather, liability, etc.)

– Liaise with clients, surveyors, and service providers

– Interpret marine policies and determine coverage

– Coordinate repairs and negotiate quotes

– Keep clients informed and supported throughout the process

– Ensure compliance and maintain detailed records

What You'll Need:

– 2+ years in marine claims or strong boating experience

– Deep understanding of marine coverages and vessel types

– Strong communication, problem-solving, and organization skills

– Ability to work independently and within a team
