The IT Support Engineer role at EIL Global is a frontline technical assistance position that provides uninterrupted operations. The engineer must diagnose and resolve a wide range of technical issues, ensuring the smooth functioning of IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage user accounts and profiles within Active Directory to maintain security protocols and operations
  • Configure and maintain Windows servers, ensuring regular updates and system integrity
  • Administer Office 365 applications to optimize user experience and address client needs
  • Assist in the installation and configuration of networking hardware and software systems
  • Deliver remote desktop support to resolve issues promptly and reduce downtime
  • Apply ITIL practices to enhance service delivery and manage workflows efficiently
  • Utilize ticketing systems to track, prioritize, and manage all support queries and service requests effectively
Skill Requirements:
  • Troubleshooting skills for managing a wide range of technical issues
  • Experience with Active Directory, Windows Server environments, and Office 365 Administration
  • Comprehensive knowledge of network configuration, remote desktop support, and ITIL Framework
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow
