Job Opportunity

The Change Leader position is a critical role within our organisation, requiring an individual who can provide expert advice and support on key projects to drive organisational change.

This includes developing and implementing a comprehensive suite of organisational development activities, such as training and educational initiatives. The Change Leader will also develop, implement, and promote the City's Change Management Framework, including processes, templates, protocols, and roles and responsibilities.

The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation, ensuring alignment of change management strategies and organisational development activities with the principles and categories of the Australian Business Excellence Framework (ABEF). They will act as the central point of coordination for organisational change, working across business units to align objectives, timelines, and messaging.

  • Develop and implement a program of activities to build organisational capacity and capability to change;
  • Measure the impact of these initiatives and continuously review the City's Change Framework and supporting resources;

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure alignment of change management strategies and organisational development activities;
  • Act as the central point of coordination for organisational change, working across business units to align objectives, timelines, and messaging;
