Senior Organisational Development Specialist (Part-time)
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead organisational development initiatives, drive strategic workforce planning, and foster a positive work environment aligned with our values.
Key Responsibilities:The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of people and culture, working closely with the Executive team to develop and implement strategies for staff engagement, development, and retention. Key responsibilities include:
- Formulating and implementing strategies for employee growth and development that align with our purpose and vision.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect.
- Providing guidance on HR matters and playing a key role in recruitment processes.
- Collaborating with senior leaders to address critical HR issues as they arise.
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Significant experience in organisational development, HR management, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
