The Role

This Strategic Leader position is a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for driving strategic initiatives that enhance organisational effectiveness, efficiency, and culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Corporate Planning: Lead planning, optimise systems, and manage performance frameworks.
  • Change Management: Champion change initiatives and design performance systems.
  • Leadership Development: Drive succession planning and talent management.
  • Training Delivery: Deliver impactful training programs.
  • Workplace Health and Safety: Oversee compliance and continuous safety improvement.
  • ICT Transformation: Lead ICT transformation and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Strategic Communication: Develop integrated communication strategies.
  • Governance Support: Manage budgets and support governance reviews.
  • Partnerships and Engagement: Build internal and external partnerships.

  • Proven strategic thinking and change management experience.
  • High integrity, sound judgement, and strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
