Job Title: Executive Support Partner

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work in close partnership with a highly regarded CEO, providing trusted and valued support in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ensure the CEO is fully prepared and briefed ahead of daily and weekly internal and external meetings/conferences.
  • Coordinate and manage meeting packs and documentation, including agendas, minutes, venues, facilities, and catering.
  • Diary management and scheduling across multiple priorities.
  • Provide support to the CEO's direct reports and act as a point of contact for wider teams.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience as an Executive Assistant in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities.
  • A proactive, fast-learning mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
  • A people-first approach, valuing kindness, collaboration, and strong working relationships.
  • Resilience and composure under pressure, maintaining a solutions-focused approach.
  • Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal.
