What will you do?- Strategic Talent Intelligence: Conduct in-depth talent and market mapping to provide a comprehensive overview of the competitive landscape. You will identify key talent pools, understand organizational structures of similar companies, and provide actionable insights that inform our executive search strategies.
- Proactive Sourcing & Engagement: Build and nurture pipelines of high-caliber, passive executive talent through sophisticated research, networking, and data-driven engagement strategies.
- AI-Powered Recruitment: Champion the use of artificial intelligence and automation tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our recruitment approach. This includes leveraging AI for talent identification, deep research and automating routine tasks to focus on strategic initiatives.
- Executive Search Execution: Manage the full lifecycle of executive searches, from defining role requirements with senior stakeholders to offer negotiation and closing. Ensure a seamless and exceptional candidate experience that reflects our company\'s brand and values.
- Data-Driven Consultation: Act as a true partner to the executive team, providing data-backed recommendations on talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and effective interviewing and assessment techniques.
- Company Research & Insights: Become an expert on our industry, competitors and peers. Provide critical research and analysis on company structures, leadership changes, and market trends to proactively identify opportunities and potential challenges.
- Commercial acumen: Understand the mechanics of a SaaS business and how leadership positions impact outcomes and performance. You'll be versed in SaaS metrics and how to talk to them with executive-level candidates.
- Exceptional Communication skills: Whether written or verbal, you'll be well-versed in executive-level communication and can appropriately challenge and engage with senior leaders. Communicate with clarity and brevity, being able to make your point in a succinct way.
- Proven experience in a talent acquisition role, with a demonstrable track record of successfully hiring executive-level talent.
- A deep understanding of modern sourcing techniques, including company and candidate-based research.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate talent and market data into actionable recruitment strategies.
- Exceptional communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and build trust with senior executives.
- A high level of digital literacy and a natural curiosity for exploring and implementing new ways of working.
