About Us:

Project Human Resources is a leading boutique human resources agency in Subiaco that specialises in white collar recruitment and HR consulting within mining & resources, engineering, HR and business support.

We are seeking expressions of interest from skilled and driven mining engineering professionals to support our diverse client base on upcoming projects in 2025.

About You:

  • An Australian recognised degree (Bachelors or Masters) qualification in a relevant and recognised engineering discipline in mining
  • Full Working Rights
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience of mining engineering in Australia
  • Current manual Driver's Licence
  • Solid understanding of relevant legislation and regulations
  • Proficiency in mine planning and scheduling software (Vulcan, Surpac, Deswik, Minesight, Datamine, Maptek and AutoCAD)
  • Experience in a hard rock environment
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in underground and open pit mining operations
  • Unrestricted Quarry Manager's Certificate
