We are seeking an experienced plaintiff Personal Injury - Public Liability Solicitor to join our team in Parramatta or Sydney CBD. This is a great opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to progress their career and make a real difference in the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Progress and resolve a range of personal injury files across public liability, providing expert legal advice and representation to obtain maximum compensation for our clients.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with our clients through exceptional communication and clear management of expectations, ensuring they receive the best possible outcome.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team, actively supporting and mentoring junior team members to achieve shared goals.

Requirements

  • 4+ years PQE experience in plaintiff Personal Injury Law - Public Liability, with a proven track record of success in progressing and resolving complex personal injury claims.
  • A demonstrated understanding of personal injury matters and processes, including relevant legislation and legal documentation.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task, prioritising tasks effectively to meet deadlines and deliver results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients and other stakeholders.
