Personal Injury Lawyer - CTP / Public Liability / Medical Negligence - 2+ Years - Associate

YOUR ROLE

Reporting to and mentored one-on-one by a top-caliber Accredited Specialist Partner, you will enjoy the challenge, stimulation, and satisfaction of making a positive impact and obtaining justice for your plaintiff clients in CTP, Public Liability, and Medical Negligence claims.

If interested, there is also scope to handle some statutory Workers' Compensation files.

WHO YOU ARE

We are interested in hearing from you if you:

  • Are admitted as a solicitor with a minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience managing personal injury files, including CTP (essential), and at least one of Public Liability or Medical Negligence;
  • Have solid litigation and court advocacy experience;
  • Possess a strong understanding of relevant legislation, case law, and excellent communication, people, and advocacy skills;
  • Are proactive, results-driven, deadline-oriented, and maintain a positive 'can-do' attitude;
  • Are eager to further develop your career long-term with an innovative plaintiff firm.
