About This Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Consultant to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance and expertise to customers, focusing on the development and implementation of complex solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Utilise your technical expertise to provide staff and customers with technical guidance through presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Assist staff in assessing potential applications of company products to meet customer needs and prepare detailed product specifications.
  • Create detailed design and implementation specifications for complex products, applications, and solutions.
  • Develop tailored solutions to address unique customer challenges.
  • Convey the advantages of storage solutions through presentations, discussions, and product demonstrations.
  • Design and develop infrastructure and data management solutions for enterprise applications and cloud services.
  • Provide deep insights into the vendor ecosystem and prior experience with backup solutions.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience and expertise in technical specifications on storage products and services.
  • Australian Citizenship is mandatory due to the nature of the role, and NV1 or higher security clearance is preferred.
  • Prior experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Solutions Engineering for storage technologies.
