Fruition Recruitment is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join our client's team. As a key member of the People Advisory team, you will play a pivotal role in coaching people managers on informal processes for employee-related matters and providing guidance and support to staff on complex queries.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical expertise in disciplinary matters, grievances, appeals, absence management, and restructuring programs
- Work closely with Employee Relations Senior Managers and Managers on complex ER cases and change projects
- Take ownership of employee relations cases, providing advice and coaching to people managers on fair and informal resolutions to potential conflict situations
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including people managers, HR Shared Services, and Employee Relations Senior Managers
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in an operational HR setting
- Strong knowledge of employment law and best practices
- Previous experience using case management systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build and establish rapport with others quickly
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
