About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to flex your expertise across a global market. As the Group's key point of contact for specialist ER advice and guidance, you'll provide fair and consistent legal advice in line with our COG values and tone of voice. You'll support the business on complex ER cases, represent the business in ER disputes, manage industry negotiations, collective bargaining, and dispute resolution. You'll also help enable global HR teams by taking a proactive approach in delivering training in ER.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialist ER advice and guidance to the business
  • Support the business on complex ER cases

  • Manage industry negotiations, collective bargaining, and dispute resolution
  • Deliver training in ER to global HR teams
Requirements
  • 2-3 years experience in a law firm or in-house role
  • Strong technical knowledge and practical experience in employment law, ideally in retail
  • Great communicator with the ability to adapt your approach in communication style to build and influence strong working relationships across all levels of the Group
  • Exposure to global markets is highly regarded
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, agile working environment is preferred
