Employee Relations Specialist

Fruition Recruitment is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join our client's team. As a key member of the People Advisory team, you will play a pivotal role in coaching people managers on employee-related matters and providing guidance and support to staff on complex ER cases and change projects.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical expertise in disciplinary matters, grievances, appeals, absence management, and restructuring programs
- Work closely with Employee Relations Senior Managers and Managers on complex ER cases and change projects
- Take ownership of employee relations cases and provide advice and coaching to people managers on how to reach fair and informal resolutions
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Experience in a similar role or operational HR role
- Knowledge of employment law and best practice
- Previous experience using case management systems
- Strong written and verbal skills, with the ability to build rapport with others quickly
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
