Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Careerone Partner Network. As an HR Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, providing expert HR advice, and delivering tailored recruitment solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Management
- Manage job advertisements, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and making final selections.
- Client Management
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing tailored recruitment and HR solutions.
- HR Advisory
- Provide expert HR advice on employee relations, performance management, and workplace policies.
- Onboarding and Candidate Development
- Develop and execute onboarding programs to ensure new hires are well-integrated into the client's business.
- BUILD and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates by fostering relationships and conducting regular follow-ups.
- HR Documentation and Team Collaboration
- Assist in preparing contracts, managing HR documentation, and maintaining personnel records as needed.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure recruitment targets are met and HR advice is delivered promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Experience
- Previous experience in recruitment, HR advisory, or a similar role.
- Knowledge and Skills
- A strong understanding of HR practices and Australian employment law.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and candidates.
- Proficiency with recruitment software, ATS systems, and HR databases.
- Culture Fit
- A passion for delivering exceptional service and creating long-term partnerships with clients.
