This is a unique opportunity to secure a role as an Organisational Learning Specialist, supporting the delivery of impactful learning experiences.
">">The successful candidate will work closely with the Learning Development Advisor to coordinate training logistics, maintain accurate records and ensure smooth running of learning initiatives for a geographically dispersed workforce.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the administration and coordination of training programs and organisation-wide events for employees.
- Schedule and communicate training sessions with internal and external facilitators.
- Maintain learning records and assist with compliance tracking and reporting.
- Liaise with employees and managers regarding development opportunities.
- Help produce and distribute learning materials and evaluation forms.
- Assist in updating and managing content on our Learning Management System (LMS).
- Support the delivery of onboarding and induction process, including mandatory training.
- Contribute to internal communications that promote learning and growth.
- Previous experience in an administrative, HR, or learning support role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office and digital learning tools.
