
Learning & Organisational Development Specialist

We have a new role in our People & Culture team for a Learning and Organisational Development Specialist to lead initiatives that accelerate our growth. From onboarding and engagement surveys to learning program implementation, you will shape the employee experience.
Responsibilities- Own and evolve our onboarding: Drive our global onboarding program to ensure every new hire feels connected, inspired, and set up for success from day one.
- Implement impactful learning: Deliver a range of learning solutions, coordinating facilitators, learners and technology to create engaging experiences. The role involves implementation first, with involvement in design and facilitation across multiple modalities.
- Drive insights from data: Manage our employee engagement platform and other data sources, translating insights into actions that enhance the employee experience.
- Lead projects: Own key initiatives from our People & Culture roadmap that align with business goals.
- Experience coordinating and implementing successful programs in Learning & Development, Organisational Development, or similar roles, ideally in SaaS or fast-paced environments.
- Strong project management and coordination skills; ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
- Natural collaborator with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Builder mindset: curious, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to create what's needed from scratch; comfortable with data and using insights to inform solutions.
- Facilitation skills: confident in leading onboarding, training and team development sessions (virtual or in-person).
- Tech-savvy: experience with modern tools, AI, Canva, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and engagement survey tools is a plus.
