Learning and Organisation Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Organisational Development (OD) professional to join our team. As a Learning and Development Lead, you will play a key role in developing and implementing strategies that drive organisational growth and improvement.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering OD programs that align with strategic goals, as well as developing and facilitating leadership and soft skills training for leaders and teams. You will also work closely with internal stakeholders to consult on the development of Learning and Org Development programs and ensure their successful implementation across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver OD programs aligned with strategic goals
- Develop and facilitate leadership and soft skills training for leaders and teams
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement Learning and Org Development programs
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Relevant qualification in Education, Training or Adult Learning
- Passionate OD/L&D professional with prior experience of 2-3 years
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills
