Learning & Development Opportunity
\The Learning and Development Consultant role involves designing and implementing key learning and organisational development initiatives across the enterprise. This includes collaborating with leaders and teams to design and deliver end-to-end programs, including capability development, performance coaching, employee engagement, and team development.
\Key Responsibilities:

- Delivery of comprehensive L&D programs addressing diverse needs of APRA;\
- Ensure learning and development solutions support APRA's values and are consistent with APRA's capability frameworks and learning pathways;\
- Build and implement a fit-for-purpose onboarding plan for all roles, ensuring compliance, skill and knowledge build, engagement, and retention;\
- Create engaging, interactive, and effective learning programs and initiatives;\
- Support Graduate and early talent development programs to ensure relevant program develops, enhances, and fosters an environment for early career individuals to evolve into quality professionals in line with APRA's objectives;\
- End-to-end management of capability development initiatives incorporating high-quality processes and supporting day-to-day operational execution of APRA's learning strategy;\
- Identify and measure learning outcomes linked to performance and business outcomes;\
- Contribute to continuous improvement and iteration of all learning programs, initiatives, and projects;\
- Utilise APRA's LMS platform to support efficient and effective processes that support learning across the organisation.\
Requirements
\Must be an Australian citizen with eligibility to gain a Baseline Security clearance through the Australian Government Security Vetting Agency.
