Job Description
Learning and Development OfficerThis role is responsible for the development and implementation of learning programs designed to enhance sector-wide capability within the community transport industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Coordinating the onboarding process of new organisations and users into our learning management system (LMS)
- Providing first-line support for learners using the LMS, including troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Developing and delivering high-quality training materials within an online and occasionally face-to-face training environment
- Identifying learning and development requirements of individuals and organisations
Key Requirements:
- A proactive and innovative approach
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure with independence
- Solutions-focused and prepared to tackle opportunities and challenges
Preferred Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualification in human resources, training, education or a related field
- Equivalent experience in the training profession
Additional Information:
This is a part-time role of 25 hours per week. Flexible working arrangements can be considered.
