About the Role

We're seeking an innovative Learning and Organisational Development Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you'll drive organisational change through impactful learning initiatives and strategic project management.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver world-class onboarding experiences for new hires, ensuring seamless integration into our global workforce.
  • Implement a range of learning solutions, leveraging technology and facilitation expertise to create engaging experiences that foster growth and development.
  • Analyse employee engagement data to inform insights-driven decisions that enhance the overall employee experience.
  • Take ownership of key projects aligned with our business objectives, driving results-oriented outcomes and continuous improvement.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

  • A proven track record in coordinating and implementing successful programs in Learning & Development, Organisational Development, or similar fields within a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional project management and coordination skills, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills, building strong relationships at all levels.
  • A builder mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and excited by the challenge of creating solutions from scratch.
  • Strong facilitation skills, with the ability to lead engaging sessions and workshops.
  • Proficiency in using modern tools to bring ideas to life, including AI, Canva, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and engagement survey tools.
