Senior Business Alignment Specialist

The ideal candidate for this Senior Business Relationship Manager role will play a pivotal part in bridging the gap between IT services and business needs.
This person will work closely with clients across various departments to ensure that IT solutions effectively meet business objectives and facilitate seamless collaboration.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement consistent IT Governance strategies to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and prioritize technology initiatives that drive business value.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, driving partnerships that deliver mutual success.
- Drive the adoption of and improve awareness of the Tech Risk Governance framework across stakeholders.
- Manage IT service demand in line with digital strategy and understand business strategies and objectives to align IT services accordingly.
- Break down barriers between IT and business units to enable efficient operations and oversee optimization of product costs through effective resource allocation and process improvements.
- Extensive experience in business relationship management within professional services, coupled with strong knowledge of IT support and business process integration.
- Proven leadership in managing technical experts or teams, skilled in IT service management and complex problem-solving.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influential communication skills to support long-term strategic objectives.
