Culture and Engagement Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a Culture and Engagement Specialist to partner with our business stakeholders, providing strategic advice to drive commercial goals. This role will focus on developing leadership capabilities, improving employee engagement, and embedding culture and behaviors that deliver commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coach and support managers and senior leaders to effectively enhance employee engagement.
  • Participate in the leadership team to address manager and staff needs, engaging as a business partner.
  • Collaborate with executives to deliver high-quality solutions regarding culture, leadership development, and people processes.
  • Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition Partner(s) to achieve successful recruitment outcomes.
  • Recommend, develop, and implement professional development and training initiatives for specific departments.
  • Facilitate HR education and training programs for groups of managers and employees; provide career planning and progression tools to managers and oversee department skills review/transition.
  • Work with managers to identify high-performing and high-potential contributors and 'at-risk' employees; develop individual and department-specific initiatives to retain those individuals.
  • Facilitate the promotion and development of existing talent within the organization.
