Business Technology Solution Specialist

We are seeking a Business Technology Solution Specialist to support alignment of business and IT objectives. As a key member of our team, you will identify opportunities for process advancement leveraging technology and translate business capabilities into functional requirements.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the alignment of strategic and tactical business objectives with corresponding IT objectives by collaborating with business stakeholders and enterprise IT colleagues.
  • Conduct discovery and documentation for business and IT-specific processes, including mapping business objectives and capability needs specific to business functions and processes.
  • Translate business capabilities and process designs into function requirements, ensuring stakeholder review and sign-off on the requirements.
  • Work with relevant stakeholders and IT colleagues to develop, test, and deploy solutions that meet business capability needs and ensure successful achievement of scope, cost, schedule, quality, adoption, and value outcomes.
  • Participate in the development of solution training material and execution of change management activities.
  • Support business continuity and disaster recovery efforts and utilize IT-internal governance processes.

Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis or support-related roles. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, experience with project management methodologies and tools, excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, and experience working collaboratively in a team environment.
