Senior Business Development Specialist

The Senior Business Development Specialist plays a crucial role in developing and implementing sales and promotional strategies to drive business growth within key retail and veterinary corporate customers, eCom/online accounts, and wholesalers in Australia.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain commercial relationships with high-value, key accounts and internal functional teams to achieve forecast sales and profit targets.
- Drive growth in tracked accounts, focusing on sell-in and sell-out (where scan data exists), and develop unique promotional programs aligned with marketing and sales calendars.
- Bachelor's degree and/or relevant experience, preferably in business/marketing.
- Minimum two years' experience in a Key Account/National Account Management role, ideally in Animal Health or FMCG sectors.
- Strong account management skills, ecommerce retail experience, and analytical skills with ROI measurement capabilities.
