About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our ERP Replacement Program, you will play a vital role in driving business outcomes through effective analysis and solution design.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to align with strategic objectives and identify areas for process improvement.
  2. Develop clear and detailed project documentation to inform technical specialists on business requirements.
  3. Consult with various stakeholders to ensure their needs are accurately captured and reflected in test scenarios.
  4. Champion changes from a business perspective, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and IT strategy.
  5. Liaise with technical resources to monitor developments and maintain involvement throughout development and testing cycles.
  6. Ensure all developments meet legislative and professional standards, maintaining data integrity and security at all times.
