Personal Support Worker

This is an opportunity to provide quality care and support to residents in accordance with our core values. You will play a crucial role in a resident's overall wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with personal care activities such as showering, dressing, toileting, and grooming, maintaining the dignity and privacy of each resident.
  • Providing mobility support, helping residents with walking, using mobility aids, or transferring between different positions including from a bed to a wheelchair.
  • Monitoring health, observing and reporting any changes in the resident's health or behavior.
  • Supporting residents with their dietary requirements, ensuring they receive the food they need and assisting them in the process of eating.
  • Maintaining accurate records of care provided, observations, and any changes in the resident's condition.
Requirements:
  • Cert III Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent qualification.
  • Adaptable, passionate, and willingness to learn.
  • Collaborative and skilled at teamwork.
  • Friendly and effective communication abilities.
