Premises Support Specialist

The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining and preserving the quality of our facilities, ensuring that all areas are clean, safe, and well-presented at all times.
This is a full-time position requiring dedication and attention to detail. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, responding to ad-hoc repairs, and undertaking specific projects as required.
Key Responsibilities- Conducting daily checks on facilities, identifying and reporting any issues or hazards.
- Maintaining tools and equipment in good working order, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Performing minor repairs and alterations, including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
- Liaising with colleagues to ensure smooth event setups and teardowns.
- A proven track record in a maintenance/property services role.
- Demonstrated ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with WHS regulations and compliance procedures.
- Basic knowledge of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
