Care and Support Specialist
We are seeking professional, compassionate, and proactive individuals to join our team in providing person-centred care to people living with disability.
The successful candidates will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our participants by delivering high-quality, rights-based support aligned with their individual goals.
The role involves supporting participants with daily living, personal care, and community access, promoting independence, life skills, and social connection. Building meaningful and respectful relationships with participants and families is also a key aspect of this position.
To be successful in this role, you will need compassion, reliability, and a genuine interest in disability or mental health support. Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster (between 6am–9pm) is also essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are highly valued, as well as a values-driven approach with commitment to best practice.
