WISE Employment is now hiring a Claims Specialist in Lake Haven (NSW) or West Melbourne (VIC) to service our Workforce Australia contract

As a **Claims Specialist**, you will be part of a successful not-for-profit organisation that is making a significant impact in the community. You will be responsible for reviewing a range of documentary evidence provided by our sites, ensuring that this information is valid before processing the claim payments on their behalf.

Additionally, you will identify and pursue potential outcomes and provide/advise information to staff on contractual requirements.

**To be considered, you must**:

- Have full Australian working rights
- Be willing to obtain a National Police Check
- Be able to pass a Working with Children Check

- Proven ability to build rapport and maintain effective relationships with agencies
- Strong attention to detail especially regarding compliance

- Demonstrated high-level professionalism, attention to detail and compliance focused
- Ability to work within KPIs and demonstrated experience in exceeding targets
- Proven ability to manage time and workloads effectively to business priorities in a challenging environment
- Sound computer literacy and data management skills

**You will...**
- Provide high quality support to employers and participants (where required)
- Ensure accuracy of information being provided
- Field feedback from participants, employers and Industry Employment Specialists
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of support services
- Ensure accuracy of Wage Subsidies
- Demonstrates understanding of the contractual requirements and Quality Principles
- Interpret and produce results of audits
- Feedback from the internal Quality Assurance team
- EVF checks including accuracy of employment start date and ABN and other fundamental detail required by the DEED
- Prepare and send correspondence and complete administration requirements of the caseload.
- Accuracy and timeliness of correspondence sent to participants and employersEffective and accurate administration for claims and wage subsidy purposes
