Distance Education Leadership Role

We are seeking a visionary leader to provide strategic direction and operational support within our distance education team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing several key areas including communication, enrolment, pastoral care and wellbeing of students, and development of community and connection.

This leadership position is ideal for individuals who possess an active Christian faith, suitable qualifications and/or experience in school leadership, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership support across multiple areas of distance education.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance student outcomes and experiences.
  • Foster strong relationships with students, staff, and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • An active Christian faith.
  • Suitable qualifications and/or experience in school leadership.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team.
