Lead Child Care Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Child Care Director to lead our childcare centre. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about providing high-quality care and education to children.
">- The successful candidate will have a university degree or diploma in early childhood education and relevant experience as an Authorised/Nominated Supervisor.
- They will also possess a clear understanding of child protection principles, including the ability to identify and respond to children at risk of harm.
- A First Aid Certificate and Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management Training will be essential qualifications for this role.
- We are looking for someone with a strong management style, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with educators and staff.
- The ideal candidate will be committed to ongoing professional development and will contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.

Please note that a Working With Children Check Number and Clearance of National Police Check will also be required.
