About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Finance Administration Assistant to join our team at Connect People. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients across Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with validating weekly payroll for all wages employees.
  • Manage a high-volume inbox by sorting into categories and attending to pay queries and requests for information.
  • Act as a point of contact for all wages employees, resolving payment errors and preventing recurrence.
  • Be the first point of contact in the rostering hotline.

Requirements:

  • Financial administration experience is a must.
  • Customer service experience is a must.
  • General experience with MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • An ability to provide exceptional customer service skills with a focus on the employee as the customer.
  • High level of attention to detail, initiative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
