Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Operations Manager to join our team at Humanology. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our financial operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our business.

  • We are looking for an experienced professional with strong financial management skills, who can oversee and manage our financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • You will lead a team of finance professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to meet their responsibilities.
  • Your expertise in financial analysis, planning, and control will be essential in driving business growth and profitability.

About You

  • You must have a tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as accounting or finance.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role is required, with a proven track record of managing financial operations and teams.
  • You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • A sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is essential.
  • Certifications such as CA or CPA are desirable but not essential.
