Bring your expertise in financial transactions and administration to this permanent role with one of Canberra's local businesses. You will be responsible for:

  • Processing and reconciling vendor invoices accurately and promptly,
  • Ensuring timely recording of payables in the accounting system,
  • Preparing and scheduling of vendor payments within agreed-upon terms,
  • File all associated accounts paperwork,
  • General administration and
  • Assisting in other financial tasks as needed.

You will ideally hold:

  • Previous experience in accounts administration, particularly in accounts payable and
  • Experience in the construction/trades industry.

A First Aid Certificate, Crystalline Silica Exposure Prevention, Course in Asbestos Awareness and a General Construction Induction Card are preferred.
