Financial Transactions Coordinator

Bring your expertise in financial transactions and administration to this permanent role with one of Canberra's local businesses. You will be responsible for:
- Processing and reconciling vendor invoices accurately and promptly,
- Ensuring timely recording of payables in the accounting system,
- Preparing and scheduling of vendor payments within agreed-upon terms,
- File all associated accounts paperwork,
- General administration and
- Assisting in other financial tasks as needed.
You will ideally hold:
- Previous experience in accounts administration, particularly in accounts payable and
- Experience in the construction/trades industry.
A First Aid Certificate, Crystalline Silica Exposure Prevention, Course in Asbestos Awareness and a General Construction Induction Card are preferred.
