Finance Operations Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Finance Administration Assistant to join our team at Connect People. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for assisting with high volumes of financial administration tasks, including validating weekly payroll, maintaining a high-volume inbox, and acting as a point of contact for employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with validating weekly payroll for all employees.
- Maintain a high-volume inbox by sorting into categories and attending to pay queries and requests for information.
- Act as a point of contact for employees, resolving payment errors and preventing recurrence.
Requirements:
- Financial administration experience is a must.
- Customer service experience is a must.
- General experience with MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service skills with a focus on the employee as the customer.
- High level of attention to detail, initiative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
