Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management & Reporting: Deliver timely, accurate, and high-quality financial insights and reports to senior management. You will lead the budget process, manage forecasts, and ensure that financial performance targets are met.
  • Business Partnering: Work closely with divisional leadership teams, providing expert financial advice and ensuring alignment with overall organizational goals. You'll also be the finance business partner for corporate services and executive divisions.
  • System Enhancement: Enhance financial reporting systems, improve business intelligence capabilities, and participate in projects aimed at increasing data-driven decision-making.
  • Project Management: Lead and contribute to projects focused on financial efficiency, sustainability, and strategic planning, ensuring optimal outcomes.
  • Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to your team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience:

Essential:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or a related field.
  • CPA or CA qualification.
  • At least 10 years of experience in financial management, preferably within a complex, high-volume organization.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with a strong ability to model large datasets and generate insights.
  • Experience with performance reporting and dashboard creation in Power BI.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and present complex financial information to senior leaders.

Desirable:

  • Experience within a large & complex environment, ideally within the healthcare space.
  • Experience in corporate or group-level business partnering.
  • Strong presentation skills with experience presenting to executive and board committees.

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing corporate recovery programs and financial sustainability initiatives.
  • Ability to work with large and complex datasets to generate clear and actionable insights.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities effectively.
  • A collaborative approach to leadership, with a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
