Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our Australian Broking Finance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis processes to support strategic decision making.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead the annual budgeting process, develop financial models and forecasts, and collaborate with department business leaders to align financial plans and objectives.
* Prepare and present financial reports, conduct detailed financial analysis, and develop key performance indicators to track business performance.
* Provide financial insights for strategic initiatives, partner with business leaders on new projects, and support long term financial strategies.
* Lead and mentor a small team of financial Business Partners and Analysts, promoting collaboration, and driving outcomes.

**Requirements**

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
* 5+ years experience in financial planning, analysis, preferably insurance or financial services.
* Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data.
* Proven proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting and budgeting.
* Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage, support and develop a team.
* Strong stakeholder management skills.
* High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
