About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Planning Manager to lead the long-range strategic settings for Jetstar Australia and New Zealand flying. This is a critical role that plays a key part in delivering business targets related to margin, capacity growth, and aircraft utilization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and analyze constraints and value levers available to inform strategic decisions
  • Prepare and facilitate executive forums to drive business outcomes
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in a field such as business, economics, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a proven track record in identifying and solving complex performance improvement issues
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence key stakeholders
