- Collaborate with senior advisors to develop and implement comprehensive financial planning strategies.

About You:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a paraplanning or similar position within a professional services environment or boutique practice
- Strong understanding of the financial planning process
- Experience in preparing Statements of Advice (SOA) and Retirement Outcomes Statements (ROA)
- Proficiency in XPlan financial planning software
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize workflow, and manage projects effectively
